Refund policy used in the USA

 

Items That Cannot Be Returned:

• Please be aware that our products come with a tamper-evident seal. Once this seal is damaged or removed, the item is deemed to have been opened and cannot be returned. Any product that has been opened is ineligible for return.
• Products that arrive in boxes with seals that have been tampered with cannot be returned.

• Items not bought directly from www.1newtime.com cannot be returned.
• Products lacking a valid order number or packing slip are not returnable.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once purchased, making them a final sale item. 

Returning Unopened Products: A Guide

• To return unopened products, please initiate the process within 30 days following delivery by reaching out to us.
• Once your return is approved our Customer Experience Department, ensure the unopened product(s) are sent back within 14 days from the authorization date.
• Your unopened product(s) must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase for each product that confirms your name, address, and order number.
• Be aware that if the product(s) is found to be opened or damaged upon return, you will not qualify for a refund.
• Returns initiated past the 30-day mark from delivery will not be considered for a refund.
• If your return is not received within 30 days of the return authorization, you will be ineligible for a refund.

Refund policy applicable in all countries except USA

 

The refund policy used for any other countries other than the USA differs in that the shipping charges for the return are paid by the buyer. All other conditions and requirements for returns are the same as for the USA.
