Bee Podmore Tincture 20% is a concentrated alcohol-based liquid extract made from naturally dried honeybees (Apis mellifera) using traditional apitherapy practices. This 30 ml (1 fl oz) formula comes in an amber glass bottle with a dropper for easy and precise use. Naturally earthy in taste and free from artificial additives or preservatives, it is designed for those who value time-honored bee-derived preparations as part of their daily wellness routine. Shake well before use and dilute 15 drops in water 2–3 times daily. For adult use only.

Directions

Shake well before use. Take 15 drops (≈1 mL) diluted in 50–100 mL of water, 2–3 times daily.
Use for 1–2 months, then take a 1.5–2 month break before repeating. May also be applied externally.
